Three days before your event, the Hype Headphones will arrive at your door. We make sure all of our silent disco equipment is professionally tested, charged, and cleaned before it arrives.
On the day of your event, we offer 24/7 remote support to ensure everything goes smoothly. If any issues arise, simply give us a call and we’ll help troubleshoot right away.
After your event, simply repack the equipment, verify all pieces are accounted for, place the included return-shipping label on the case, and ship it back to us!
